Evan Tso
President/Managing Director
Evan Tso has over twenty years of development and architecture experience in the Global Financial Services Industry. His business and operations experience includes Investment banking, Commercial/Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Asset Management and Corporate Systems. He has held positions as Head of Application Development, Head of Operations & Technology and Chief Architect for Citibank and JP Morgan. Prior to Kaloke, he held positions as head of Application Development and Chief Architect at First USA Bank. Tso was one of the five lead creators of Wingspanbank.com. His responsibilities included architecture and system integration. Tso has worked in several countries during his career, including Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, United States, Belgium and England. Tso holds a degree in Computer Science from Queen Mary College.
 
Foster Schucker
Chief Architect/Managing Director
Foster Schucker has more than twenty years of IT experience, focusing on Architecture, Development, and Infrastructure. He has driven the creation of leading edge business solutions in the Financial Services arena, as well as several other problem domains. After cutting his teeth in lead development/integration roles at Fisher Price Toys and Unisys, Schucker turned his focus to Architecture. He served as Chief Architect at Vanguard, led the team that implemented their first production object-oriented application and was also instrumental in bringing Vanguard to the Web. At First USA, he served as Internet Architect and Chief Architect, and authored the architecture of WingspanBank. At Kaloke, Schucker serves as Chief Architect, providing technical direction on specific customer projects and also ensuring that Kaloke stays in the forefront of technology adoption. He is also a professor at Drexel University where he teaches in their Master's program. Schucker graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
 
G. Martin Nebel
Managing Director/COO
Marty Nebel's IT career spans more than ten years, focusing on infrastructure and development. Prior to that, he spent several years on the business side of the financial services industry, administering mutual funds and managing consumer/commercial credit origination. Nebel has extensive knowledge of networking, telecommunications, hosting, security, web/app server, enterprise systems management and other infrastructure components involved in operating high-end, highly available e-business solutions. He has established the technical architecture and hosting environments for several large-scale financial services sites, and has helped stabilize several previously established sites that were experiencing issues with performance and reliability. At Kaloke, he is often tapped to help clients choose the right hosting strategy/partner, architect a superior cost-effective and scalable platform, and implement best practices in operations and technical support. Nebel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College.
 
William L. Buenzle
Architect/Development Manager
Bill Buenzle has more than nineteen years of experience on the IT side of the Financial services industry. He has concentrated on enterprise architecture and high payback software development efforts at numerous Fortune 500 companies. Buenzle's expertise includes in-depth knowledge of security frameworks, middleware product segment, ERP and Data Architecture. His extensive knowledge of both mainframe and Web technologies uniquely qualifies him to architect and lead complex back-end system integration efforts. Buenzle has a proven ability to manage multiple large teams and communicate effectively to the Executive level. These skills were honed in Lead Architecture roles at several companies, where he shaped direction and drove efforts that resulted in tens of millions of dollars in savings. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University.
 
Tom Whitford
Architect /Program Manager
Tom Whitford's eighteen years IT career has been spent developing, deploying and maintaining mission critical information systems for over eighteen years. He has also served in Architecture roles within the Financial Services sector and has extensive experience in the Call Center environment. His most recent role at Kaloke was as Project Manager and Lead Architect for the development and launch of an Internet banking start-up's Call Center. His responsibilities included vendor selection, architecture, development and implementation of MCI telephony services, Lucent switch, Cisco Geotel call routing, Cisco Webline web collaboration (e.g. chat), Periphonics IVR eLoyalty agent desktops, and Silknet case management. Whitford spent eight years at First USA, where he deployed over 8000 call center workstations implementing computer telephony integration and intelligent call routing. He served as First USA's lead architect for enterprise platform recommendations, and also created business and technical architecture for a 10-terabyte data warehouse. Whitford holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from the University of Delaware.
 
Darrell Piatt
Architect/Development Manager
Darrell's 25+ year IT career includes key management and architectural roles at MCI Worldcom, CompuCom Systems and First USA. He has managed development organizations ranging from 50-240 developers. A driver for utilizing advanced technologies for competitive advantage, Darrell has been actively developing e-business and Data Warehousing solutions since 1995. His approach and successes have been profiled in CIO, ComputerWorld and several other trade journals. His team at CompuCom was twice awarded the Data Warehousing Institute's Best Practices Award in the Web category for 1996 and 1998. Darrell has also received a B.S. in Technology of Management from American University and an M.B.A. in Science, Technology and Innovation from George Washington University.
 
Joëlle Cutrona
Vendor Manager/Program Manager
Joëlle's fifteen years in the financial services industry includes managerial positions at industry leaders American Express, MBNA, First USA, and Prudential Bache securities. She has worked in both business and IT roles, with the last nine years spent on the IT side. Her management background spans various IT disciplines at MBNA America, First USA, and Kaloke. Joëlle has led teams with responsibility for production support, conversions, development and project office, bringing to them a strong focus on relationship management with vendors, external partners and clients. More recently with Kaloke, Joëlle was the Technical Program Manager/Vendor Manager for the launch of Juniper Bank, a full service internet bank. Ms. Cutrona received a BA degree from the University of Delaware and MBA with MIS focus from Drexel University. She is also fluent in French and Spanish.
 
Monica Coskey
Director of Sales/ Principal
Monica Coskey has over 17 years of experience marketing to major firms in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining Kaloke, Ms. Coskey moved up through the ranks within the Financial Services Sales Division at IBM, successfully growing IBM's business at several clients. Her biggest achievement was in increasing business at First USA from less than $1 million annually into an eight-figure account. She has had extensive experience working with clients to make their e-commerce visions a reality. At Kaloke, she is responsible for client and business partner development and relationship management. Ms. Coskey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Immaculata College.
